Fear in climbing?

There are in climbing, as in all "extreme" sports, real fears and fears invented by ourselves, but real for us.

Real fears are those fears where objectively there is a possibility of falling and getting hurt or breaking something or risking your life by making an inappropriate gesture.

These fears are obviously very important because they allow us the survival of the species.

The other fears that can generally be summed up as the fear of flying, where do they come from? How is it possible that even with years of experience it still brings with it the fear that does not allow us to advance in the project and stresses us a lot on a nervous level?

Climbing is a mirror of our life, the more we are emotionally charged or weighed down and the more difficult we find it to manage our emotions in life and in climbing progression.

When we carry stress inside us all along, practicing sport becomes stressful and frustrating.

Can the problem be solved?

Definitely yes! You have to make the emotions first conscious and then work on them.

How then can kinesiology help us kill two birds with one stone?

Kinesiology sessions help us to initiate personal growth, to be able to process and bring out events, traumas, emotions and relationships that have remained anchored in our unconscious and that disturb us in our relationships and progression in our favorite sport.

Well, then why not? Why not progress in climbing, thus also improving our way of living relationships and living ourselves?

HOW DOES THAT WORK?

Through a kinesiology session you can discover the reasons for our emotional blocks and understand what we need to work on and how to do it. In addition to understanding what the emotion is and where it comes from, we can also work on it. WOW!!

In climbing, you know, the head and emotions are very important. The prerequisite to START improving is to want to GET INVOLVED.

Each of us is special, it is a different world from the neighbor, but at the same time it is the same because everyone has something or a lot to solve and understand. Those who want to do it will surely go very far!

Kinesiology through the Touch for health method and other methods such as Brain formatting allows us to advance in life and in the way; each of us obviously has to face our blocks in a personalized way, since no one has lived in our skin and no one has the same needs as another, as no one really can have a diet that works, equal to that of another.

Each of us is a special being and in a special way must be treated. What works for me doesn't work for my neighbor. And that is why kinesiology is so special help, because through the muscle test we investigate ourselves and identify our personal needs.

To understand oneself is to understand the other.

Returning to the main theme, subjective fear in climbing, can present itself as phobia or as vertigo, it can be related to an event where we have passed an actual danger and that this has remained recorded in our unconscious, it can be lack of trust in one's partner, it can be lack of confidence in one's abilities and more.

Fear is sometimes not really a fear, but it is a block, we feel stuck doing the next movement, but it may be that our block to act is not properly related to an emotion called fear; for example, a block to fail to launch and to be reactive can be closely related to our inability to be flexible in life, to the need we have to control every aspect of our life knowing and controlling every next step of us and those around us. So the emotion that originates it could just be the inability to make life flow and lose control, the inability to let go.

The emotions are many, we have a multitude available! But, don't be afraid 🙂 everything can be solved! I am not here to offer you an easy and valid solution for everyone, I am here to make you understand the importance that can have to want to progress in climbing by solving or making yourself aware of the emotions that do not allow us to advance and the importance of personal work.
