When we choose to improve our attitude to life, in sport, in social life, in our relationships… That's when we choose to really change!
Sometimes it is difficult to change our attitude, especially from ages when we have already received an education, values, academic training, etc. we begin to ask ourselves more and more questions.
That is the moment in which we begin to be aware of the fact that "you have to work" and that then, without asking too many questions, we gradually begin to follow the wave of classical social life. Although many times it does not fit us completely, although following the classic life is often not our best choice and fulfillment because it is not what our soul asks of us. But that's how everyone around us does it, that's how it will be the right thing to do and so things normalize. We forget the beauty of life and the importance of taking everything with more joy, lightness and letting ourselves flow.
From the age of 25 (or earlier) we began to normalize things that do not really vibrate with our soul… and little by little we move away from what makes us feel good.
I still prefer not to normalize what I don't like, I will never normalize a war, I will never normalize violence of any kind, I will never normalize disrespect, I will never normalize the lack of listening of one's own body, I will never normalize my discomfort!
That's when we choose to get better at life. The work we have to do on the second of the layers/masks that we have put on top is very large. Let's get to work yaaaa!! Whatever our age, it's time to start!
