Experiment 3: kinesiology and sport

The athlete told us about his latest experiences on his path towards achieving his goals (to better understand article 1 and article 2 laws).

"During the last sessions of sports activity I realized the great effectiveness of the two kinesiology sessions, I noticed how the mind worked much less against achieving the goal I had set myself, indeed it was almost able to pinch itself and let me make the gesture naturally and let myself live every moment focused on breath and the present."

The final goal has not yet been achieved, but the athlete has realized the great progress that his mind has experienced.

Nothing was like before, now the head was concentrated step by step. Obviously success in sports activity is linked to both factors: body and mind, mental and physical training.

Have you ever thought about accompanying your physical training to a great head work that obviously in addition to helping you on a sports level will definitely help you in daily life, working on our emotional and head shortcomings, how physical success is assured?

In short, the proposal is this: why not take sport and sports objectives as an extra motivation to grow both as a person and, of course, as a sportsman, sometimes the emotions we feel doing sports or competing are so strong that they seem impossible to manage, sometimes our mind pilots us towards loss, towards failure, towards pessimism; but if changing the way you think is possible, why not start doing it today?

Why not take advantage of sports motivation to grow?
