Allow me to introduce myself, I am Raffaella. Since I was a child, I have loved nature and spent a lot of time in contact with it. My parents always took me on vacations and weekends to the mountains or the sea, but always surrounded by nature. When I was with my grandmother, it was in the countryside in a very small village with lots of vegetable gardens, terrace fields (typical of the Ligurian hinterland), olive trees, and forests. In these places, where I always felt comfortable, I discovered and recognized (sometimes intuitively) plants and minerals; even as a child, I loved gathering medicinal plants and making infusions to share with friends and family.
My father passed on to me his love for minerals, but by my nature, I have always appreciated the geometric and natural perfection of these natural elements; we used to go searching for minerals in our countryside, where every sparkle ensured a quartz, or on the slopes of Mont Blanc in search of quartz and pyrites. This great interest in the natural world and the magic that accompanies it led me to study geology. Just in those years at the beginning of my university career, I started climbing, so in addition to studying rocks, I had the opportunity to touch and observe their compactness, beauty, and lines. I come from a family of mountaineers, but my love for rock grew gradually over the years and climbing experiences; with sport climbing, I finally found a way to express my body (and my soul), which I had always sought in other sports.
Climbing thus began, almost immediately, to be one of the motivations behind my life choices, even though many times I decided to abandon it; little by little, especially with my travels, it became a great life teacher that pushed me to overcome myself and grow to achieve the desired result. Every climbing route taught me a lesson, often with a lot of frustration. In 2018, after various courses in the field of natural therapies (Tibetan bowls for harmonization, Reiki, environmental hiking guide, etc.), I started the holistic psychocorporal therapist course with kinesiology in Tarragona. From there, the world of personal growth opened up to me; even though I had always self-analyzed in life, from that moment on, I discovered the great work I would have to face and that I still continue to face with myself. At the end of this training course and great personal growth, I began to see the application of kinesiology in climbing and working on the mental, motivational, and energetic aspects. To this day, I still consider it a great tool to face not only difficult climbing projects but also and above all life. After various experiments on myself with kinesiology as mental training for climbing, I held two workshops addressing these themes. Meanwhile, I trained in energy therapies for animals, Reiki level 3ยบ, channeling, and as a masseuse. Currently, I am in the process of developing my business to accompany climbers and others on a profound journey of personal growth, where every experience is a call to maintain the balance of the physical, mental, and energetic body, where every experience, if we know how to read it correctly, is a call from the soul to harmonize.
For two years now, I have been living full-time in my van with Pepi, my adventurous companion, a dwarf blueberry bunny.
